How long will my order take to process?
All Set Apart releases are preorders. Your pair is handcrafted after you order. Unless otherwise stated on the product page please allow 20 to 30 days from your order date. You will receive updates via email and SMS throughout production so you always know where your pair is.
When will I receive tracking?
Tracking will be sent to your email the moment your order ships.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship globally. Shipping rates, duties, and taxes are calculated at checkout where applicable.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Due to the limited and handcrafted nature of every Set Apart release all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect please contact us at support@setapartclo.store within 48 hours of delivery and we will take care of you.

How do Set Apart drops work?
Set Apart releases in limited drops. Each colorway is handcrafted in limited quantities. Release dates and times are announced ahead of each launch across our Instagram and through our email and SMS list.
How does early access work?
Email and SMS subscribers receive early access to every drop before anyone else. Join the waitlist through the link in our Instagram highlights to make sure you never miss a release.
Will sold out pairs restock?
Select colorways may return in limited quantities. New colorways will continue to drop. Restockcolorways may return in limited quantities. New colorwaysle it is available.
How do I choose my size?
Women select from the women's sizing tab and men select from the men's sizing tab. We recommend going true to size. If you are between sizes go up. Women's sizes run 4 through 12. Men's sizes run 6 through 13. Full sizes only.
